Terms of Service

**BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU AGREE TO MY TERMS OF SERVICES**

A.K.A. The pages full of bullet points

General Rules

  • I have the right to refuse any commission offer

  • Do not remove my signature

  • Images for personal use only (Do not use it for business, resell, and/or make money off of it)

  • I can post the completed image on my social media

  • If I record the process, a video of your image may be uploaded to my YouTube channel

  • Give credit to me when the image is posted anywhere and post a LINK back to my site or social media

  • Be patient with me, I am currently working full-time

  • Payments through actual currency (Paypal, Square, Facebook Pay) I do NOT accept DA points.

  • Check your email/messages frequently. I may have questions about the image you are commissioning and I will likely not continue until the questions are answered.

  • I can update my rules at any time

 

Will NOT Draw

  • Yaoi/Yuri

  • NSFW (Nudity, heavy gore, adult themes)

  • Fetishes

  • Swears

  • Obscene gestures

  • Mecha/Robots

  • Anything promoting hatred towards any race, religion, etc.

  • Characters with "AI" references

  • Copyrighted Characters*

*I will draw copyright characters only if they are in an image with a fan or original characters or are a part of the Rubik's cube commission. Fan characters can be drawn. If you want to see an image of a copyrighted character, email me with the subject being "Copyright Character" and I will think about doing a piece of that character.

 

Process

  • Send me an email/message describing the commission to be purchased.

  • I will respond by saying if I accept or deny the commission.

  • Depending on the complexity of the commission, give me around a month to complete the commission. Be patient, I am only human.

  • I will send a preliminary sketch for approval before completing the full illustrations.

  • Once approved, I will finish the illustration. 

  • The finished image will be sent via email/message to see if any final adjustments are needed. This will only be done at most twice.

  • After the final image is approved, a watermarked version will be posted and a non-watermarked image will be emailed, or if applicable shipped. If shipped, I will email/message you when it has been shipped with an order tracking number.

What to Include​

  • Your name or username that I may refer to you as.

  • A proper reference** must be attached to or linked in the email/message.

    • Unless a custom design session is purchased​

  • Describe what you want in the image. Giving a pose idea or a word to inspire a pose is greatly appreciated.

  • State whether the image will be traditional or digital and specify which medium you would like out of the ones open and available.

  • If it is a piece that will be mailed to you, a Rubik's cube or keychain, include your address in an email after your commission has been approved.

** A proper reference gives me enough visual information to draw your character. For an animal, the reference sheet must at least include a side view, and for a person a front view. If on an animal, the patterns aren't symmetrical, I need a view of the other side. References need color, preferably with color swatches off to the side. As many photo references as necessary.

 

Payment Process

  • Payments are accepted in form of online payments. This includes: Paypal, Facebook, and Square

  • Payment needs to be sent first unless it is $100 or more

  • If more than $100 a payment plan can be worked upon

  • I will send a preliminary sketch for approval before completing the full illustration.

  • Once approved, I will finish the illustration. 

  • The finished image will be sent via email/message to see if any final adjustments are needed. This will only be done at most twice.

  • After the final image is approved, a watermarked version will be posted and a non-watermarked image will be emailed, or if applicable shipped. If shipped, I will email/message you when it has been shipped with an order tracking number.

 

Refund Policy

  • You cannot get a refund after the commission has been completed

  • If you absolutely need it, refunds can be done up to the point completed in the drawing. 

    • You need a refund, but the inking is done. You will get a refund for whatever the cost of completing the image would have been​

  • Refunds done in online payments only​

  • Refunds for full prices will only be the amount I received. 

    • You sent $15 over Paypal, but after fees, I only received $14.26. You will only get the $14.26 back.

    • Paypal has a fixed transaction fee of $0.30 that is not refundable​

 

Additional Charges​

​Additional charges may apply and will vary depending on the complexity

  • Additional Characters

  • Complex Designs (Character themselves and/or clothes)

  • Weaponry/Props

  • No Visual References

  • Shipping (when applicable)
